Hebrews 11:11 (read)

- Sarah and Abraham cannot bear a child in logical terms as Sarah was barren and they're both too old.

- they still bore a child despite these circumstances

- they might've gone impatient of God's promise and have attempted to "help" God in their own way (A child through Sarah's slave, etc.) Mankind tend to solve things in their own way to get the things they want. (I can totally relate to that!) It just shows that we really are human.

- my faith is beyond perfect. Just like Sarah's and Abraham's.

Action plan:

Don't focus on the impossibility, but focus on the God who makes all things possible.

Genesis 18:14 (read)

- God has his own way and timing in fulfilling his promises. Nothing is too hard for him as we can clearly see in Sarah and Abraham's life.

- there are so many seemingly and logically almost impossible situations in my life right now. But the Bible tells us so much of people who went through the same situations! God defied logic!

Action plan:

Continue to pray and look to God when overwhelmed with "impossible" situations. Remember the people whom God helped in overcoming.
